Privacy notice
This notice explains how The Agile Monkeys handles your personal data when you sign up for the free course Agentic Engineering 101 on this site. Last updated: 16 October 2026.

What we collect
- What you type in the sign-up form: first name, last name, email, the language you want the course in, how you heard about us, your preferred format and any optional answer you choose to give (role, experience, interests, availability, team).
- Which link brought you here (the campaign parameters in the address, such as utm_source), so we know which channels work.
- The consents you give or decline, with their date.
We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include any in the free-text answers.
Why we use it
- To run the course: register you, tell you when it starts, and send you the materials and other course communications in the language you chose.
- To shape the course: we read the answers to decide format, schedule and content. We work with them in aggregate.
- News about other courses and events: only if you tick that box. Every email lets you unsubscribe.
- Training for your team: only if you ask us to contact you about it.
The legal basis for each use is your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR). Withdrawing it does not affect what was done before.
How long we keep it
For as long as the course and its follow-up last, and up to 12 months after the last course activity, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. If you opted in to news, we keep your email for that purpose until you unsubscribe. After that we delete the data or keep it blocked only for as long as the law requires.
Who processes it for us
- Tally (Tally BV, Belgium), which runs the sign-up form and stores the answers in the European Union.
- Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States), which hosts this site and keeps technical access logs. Transfers to the United States rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- The email provider we use to send course communications, under a data processing agreement. We will name it here before the first email goes out.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with other companies for their own purposes.
Cookies and third parties
This site does not set cookies. The video only loads from YouTube, in privacy-enhanced mode, after you press play; from then on YouTube's privacy policy applies. The sign-up form opens Tally, whose privacy policy also applies.
Age
You must be 16 or older to sign up.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, object to or restrict its processing, ask for portability and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@theagilemonkeys.com or to our postal address. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
